How do I cancel my account? I want to unsubscribe.

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that you want to go, but we understand everyone can't stay furever. (We sure wish mew could!)

You can cancel and unsubscribe anytime before your next shipment is rebilled.

 

1. To cancel online, log in to your account here (or at catladybox.com).

2. At the bottom of the Your Subscription(s) panel, click EDIT.

3. Find the CANCEL SUBSCRIPTION button on the bottom left of the screen. Click it, and confirm your changes.

 

 

You can also cancel by contacting us at meow@catladybox.com.

 

PURRLEASE NOTE:

We rebill each month on the 6th, so be sure to make any changes by the 5th of the month. After we rebill, your order is locked in for the month.

Canceling your subscription does not refund past charges. Canceling makes it so you do not get charged any more in the future and your subscription will not renew.
