Can I skip a month?

If you need a break from pawsome cat lady goods, you can skip your next subscription renewal!

PURRLEASE note:

If you're on a month-to-month plan, this will skip one month.

If you're on a 3- or 6-month plan, this will skip the entire next renewal.  

Here's how to do it

1. To skip a renewal online, log in to your account here (or at catladybox.com).

2. At the bottom of the Your Subscription(s) panel, click EDIT.

3. At the top of the next page, you'll see a Skip Next Renewal button. Click it!

4. Make sure to check the New Renewal Date. This is when you're subscription will renew and you'll be billed again. 

*If you signed up as month-to-month, choose Skip Next Renewal will skip one month. If you signed up for a 3-month plan, Skip Next Renewal will skip 3 months - the entire next renewal, not just one month. If you signed up for a 6-month plan, Skip Next Renewal skip 6 months - the entire next renewal, not just one month.

 

5. Click Yes, Skip It and confirm your choice.
