When will I get my first box?

CatLadyBox ships approximately the 1st week of each month.

We'll send you an email when the box ships with your tracking information so you can watch the box on its way to you! (This message is sent to the email address you used to subscribe.)

For example - February boxes ship at the very beginning of February. If you order by January 31st, you've ordered in time for the February box! If you ordered after midnight EST on January 31th, your box will be the March box (which ships the first week of March). 

I ordered my first box by the cutoff date of the 31st. When will my box come? 

You'll get the next month's box as your first one. (For example: Order by February 28th to get the March box. It ships at the beginning of March.)

I ordered my first box after the cutoff date of the 28th. When will my box come? 

If you ordered after the cutoff date of the 28th, you'll get the box after that. (For example, order after the cutoff day of February 28th, and your first box is the April box, which ships at the beginning of April.)*
