I'm moving. How do I change my address?

Moved to a new address? It's impurrtant to change your address as soon as possible so we can make sure your CatLadyBox gets to you on time. While mail forwarding sometimes works, it's pawssible your box will be returned to us - which leaves you waiting longer. 

You can easily change your address in your CatLadyBox online account. 

Here's how to change your address

1. First, log in to your account here (or at catladybox.com).

2. In the center panel, you'll see a section for Shipping Address. Click Edit.

3. On the next page, you'll see your current address and a button to EDIT. Click Edit.

4. Here, you'll be able to edit your address. Be sure to click Save so your choices stay put!

If your address changed, but your box has already shipped, email us right away at [e-mail] and we'll do whatever we can to make sure it gets to you!
