I ordered a gift for someone, but it hasn't shipped yet. Where is it?

First, thank mew for being the best gift giver! We can help figure this out!

Gift subscriptions ship at the same time as regular subscriptions, and we ship all the boxes once a month. Usually, we ship boxes at the very beginning of the month.

We'll send you an email when the box ships with your tracking information so you can follow it along.

For example - February boxes ship at the very beginning of February. If you order by January 31st, you've ordered in time for the February box! If you ordered after midnight EST on January 31st, your gift box will be the March box (which ships at the very beginning of March).
