There's something missing from my box. How can I get it?

While it's definitely not normal for this to happen, we'll always do everything we can to make it right.

Email us at meow@catladybox.com within 30 days of receiving your box and tell us what you're missing and we'll get it all fixed up!

Please note that there is a 30-day window to let us know something is missing. We want you to have everything, of course, so make sure you let us know right away.
