I received a damaged item. What should I do?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that something arrived in less than meowvalous condition!

We definitely want to make sure you and your kitties have everything purrfect.

Please email us at as soon as you realize it's damaged, and we'll make sure we get everything all fixed up!

As long as we have extra in stock, we will typically be able to replace your damaged item. Replacements must be requested within 30 days of when your box is delivered to you so please let us know as soon as possible!
