I received a damaged item. Can it be replaced or returned?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear that something arrived in less than meowvelous condition!

If you notice any damage, we'll do our best to replace the item as soon as possible, as long as we have it in stock. Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your package at meow@catladybox.com, and we will take care of the rest!
