Something broke. Can it be replaced or returned?

Oh no! We're so sorry to hear something that came in your CatLadyBox broke!

If it's within 30 days of when your box is delivered, please email us at meow@catladybox.com as soon as it happens, and we'll do everything we can to make you happy.

Depending on the circumstances and the product, we may be able to replace your damaged item. Replacements must be requested within 30 days of when your box is delivered to you so please let us know as soon as possible!
