Add-ons are the oppurrtunity to add additional items to your shipment each month before your box ships! They will ship at the same time as your subscription box for the month.
How do add-ons work?
- Add-ons are open for a short amount of time before the boxes ship each month. We'll send you an email announcing the start of add-on shopping, so keep an eye on your emails.
- Click on that email to go to the add-on page for the month. Select as many products as you like for the choices listed, and add them to your cart.
- Once you've made all your choices, click the checkbox to agree to the add-on terms, and click PLACE ORDER in the cart. You do not need to re-enter your payment information.
- At the end of the add-on period, you'll be automatically billed for the add-on items you've chosen. Sales Tax applies where required by law. (Currently we are required to collect state tax in AL, AR, AZ, CA, CO, FL, GA, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA, MD, MI, MN, MO, NC, ND, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OK, PA, RI, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, VT, WA, WI, WV).
- We'll ship your add-on items along with your CatLadyBox! Ameowzing! (Add-ons are only available in the US at this time.)
Please note: Availability of some add-on products is limited, so shop early for the best selection!
HOW IT WORKS QUICK GUIDE
To add an add-on item to your order, click ADD TO CART. It will move to your cart. To finalize your purrchase, please click PLACE ORDER. If you do not click PLACE ORDER, your add-on order will not be placed.
To remove an add-on item from your cart, click "Remove" in the cart.
IMPURRTANT QUESTIONS:
Why can't I order more than one of each item as an add-on?
We want to make sure everypawdy has the chance to add on different items, so some add-ons are limited to one per subscriber, while others you can order up to three.
What if I change my mind and want more or different add-on items?
No purroblem! Your MOST RECENT add-on order is the one that will be billed and shipped to you. If you change your mind, click through your add-on email again and place a new order. Please place an entire new order -- this will override any previous add-on orders this month. (So if you decide you want to add a shirt to your previous add on order, please re-select all your previous choices plus the shirt. Do not just finalize with the shirt in your cart, or the shirt is all you will get.) On the billing day, we will charge you for the order you most recently finalized.
Do I have to pay extra shipping for add-ons?
For U.S. subscribers, add-ons ship for no additional shipping cost!
